Under an Endless Sky

Last night Ladger got home around 9 pm. Paxton was already in bed and Rory was doing some phonics. Well I managed to keep Rory quiet enough so Paxton could keep sleeping but that was it for school. I can hear the trucks going out to the field as I write. I have to go make some puffed wheat squares and pre-cook some potatoes (and maybe find some corn ripe enough) for the noon meal. Ladger's mom is keeping Paxton for a few hours at lunchtime to make it easier for me. I actually really enjoy making meals now that I've got a little experience under my belt and have a portable barb-b-q so I can do a lot of the cooking (and clean-up) out there. Once we get back I've got the rest of the day 'off'.
